Your privacy is important to Al Ektiyar as is your trust in AL EKTIYAR ’s products and services. We want you to know that the information you share with us will be treated with care. This Privacy Statement addresses how the information you share with us will be handled.

We, AL EKTIYAR Showroom with its registered office at Riyadh Saudi Arabia recorded in the Commercial Register have prepared this Personal Data Protection Statement to inform you how we collect, process, use and protect your personal data and consequently help protect your privacy.

Concurrently, we would like to use this Personal Data Protection Statement to clarify the most important terms and processes that we use for the protection of your personal data and answer the questions that you may have in connection with the collection, processing and storing of your personal data.

This Privacy Statement applies to information (personal or otherwise) we obtain from and about individuals interacting with AL EKTIYAR and its websites, products and services. It does not apply to personal information we obtain in our capacity as an employer.

As you interact with AL EKTIYAR, there may be instances where you provide us with your information. Additionally, we may collect certain information about you or your vehicle as further described below.

You may provide us with information about you or your vehicle through a number of sources: AL EKTIYAR websites, dealership visits, product and related events, test drive or other incentive applications, surveys, social media platforms and through our customer call centers.

We also may obtain information about you and your vehicle from AL EKTIYAR affiliates, AL EKTIYAR App, AL EKTIYAR credit card bank partners and other sources such as companies that provide lists of potential vehicle purchasers and current owners, if such companies are permitted to share your information with us pursuant to their Privacy Respective Statements.

The types of information that AL EKTIYAR collects about you may include, but are not limited to:

1. Contact information (such as name, address, city, state and postal code, email address and Mobile number) 2. Vehicle information (such as vehicle identification number (VIN), make, model, model year, servicing dealer, date of purchase or lease and service history) 3. Vehicle performance data (such as engine and transmission performance, vehicle camera images and airbag deployment conditions or crash or near crash information about how a vehicle’s system performed) 4. Demographic information (such as age range, marital status and household composition) 5. Non-credit-related marketing profile information (such as when you plan to purchase or lease; the vehicle in which you're interested) 6. Relationships you have with AL EKTIYAR in addition to the purchase and servicing of your vehicle incentive eligibility verification information 7. Investor information (name, address, phone number and email address) 8. Information such as those that you may submit for contests or relating to a sales & after-sales inquiry.

CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

Below you will find individual categories of personal data and a breakdown of specific data included in them.

1. Identification data:

Name, surname, maiden name, gender, language, domicile, permanent residence, date and place of birth, citizenship/nationality, type of the document, number of identity card, corporate ID, tax ID, social security number, number of the driving license, passport number, expiry date of the document, data and place of document issuance, photograph from the identity card, log-in in the application, employer, job position, signature.

Correspondence address, work place address, telephone number, fax number, email address, data box, contact information in social media.

3. Information on family and other persons:

Marriage, marital status, number of children, information on the household, name and surname of a child, date of birth of a child.

4. Descriptive data:

Social status (student/employee/self-employed/person without income), job functions and work experience, skills, education, qualifications, lifestyle, habits, leisure time and travelling.

5. Salary and similar data:

Salary/remuneration, salary compensation, average earning, bonuses/use of benefits, deductions from salary, expenses, private account number, insurance, taxes and deductions.

6. Information on work:

Job position, CVs, cover letters and records from recruitment processes

7. Evaluation and relating communication:

Feedback from employees, responses in surveys, complaints/suggestions/proposals/requests/questions and dealing with them, servicing requirements, evaluation records, internal sanctions, self-evaluation, personal goals and KPIs.

8. Transaction data:

Bank account number, debit/credit card number, authorizations/powers of attorney, transaction dates, transaction amounts.

9. Business profile:

Business profile derived from analytical modelling, VIP and similar designation, intent to buy a car (when, what and financing) interest in test drive, solvency.

Localization data based on GPS, localization data derived from other operations (e.g. card payments to the trader on the business premises).

USE

The information AL EKTIYAR collects about you and your vehicle will be used:

COOKIES/TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

AL EKTIYAR has developed mobile applications that you may download to your mobile device or tablets. When you download a AL EKTIYAR Application, there may be an opportunity for you to provide us with or for us to obtain information about you or your vehicle.

Through the Infotainment system, AL EKTIYAR may also offer applications developed by third parties (“3rd Party Application”). When you download a 3rd Party Application to your mobile device or vehicle, the 3rd Party Application may collect information about you in connection with your download or use of that application. AL EKTIYAR is not responsible for the collection or use of information by 3rd Party Applications. We recommend that you carefully review the Privacy Statement of each 3rd Party Application prior to downloading or using them.

LINKED SITES

AL EKTIYAR websites may contain links to third-party sites not controlled by AL EKTIYAR or covered by this Privacy Statement, such as those belonging to AL EKTIYAR APP, AL EKTIYAR licensees, co-branded websites offered in conjunction with a business partner, or independent product review sites.
